Bought a new computer and not quite sure how to proceed?

 

Please call us to make the process trouble-free:

 

• We will unpack everything for you and ensure that everything is set up correctly.
• You will be connected to your broadband (if you have it), including wirelessly, and ensure that you can send and receive e-mails.
• Many manufacturers pre-install "junk" software that you will either not want or will be intrusive. We can uninstall all of this and generally "hoover through" your new computer to make sure it is running optimally.
• We will install your favourite programmes (e.g Office).
• We will ensure that you are adequately protected from viruses and other malware.
• Your printer will be installed and checked to make sure that it is working correctly with your favourite applications.
• All necessary updates will be applied and the complete system checked to ensure that it is running to its maximum performance.
• As an extra, if you are upgrading from an older computer, we can also transfer all of your data from the old to the new computer.
